I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the entire team at Makkah Tower for the outstanding hospitality, excellent service, and warm reception during my stay. Everything about the experience from the comfort of the place to the attentiveness of the staff was truly exceptional. A special thank you to Mr. Ibrahim Al Attar for his gracious welcome and remarkable attention to guests’ needs. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference in making the stay memorable. The best hotel in terms of proximity to the Holy Mosque. The staff and receptionists were very friendly. We were offered an upgrade with a room that has a better view. The elevators system is outstanding. You press the floor number and it will direct you to a specific elevator. This saves a lot of time and effort and decreases crowdeness. However, there were a few negatives about our stay. The first was the intrriors and furniture as it appeared old and degraded (some drawers were broken and paint was washed out and scratched). The second negative was the noises. Around 5:30 AM there was a brief drilling noises. Additionally, you could hear the cleaning staff working and talking loudly in the room beside us.
