Traveled for the 1st time to Giza/Cairo with my wife and a friend and we couldn't have asked for a better experience regarding this Hotel. It's a simple but beautiful hotel with a pretty beautiful rooftop as well overlooking the Great Pyramids, especially at night. The rooms are very clean and very well maintained and they've a pretty good size. But the best part of the experience was it's Staff. They are very friendly and amazing in every moment with us, especially our host, Alaa, that was available pretty much at any time of the day. But the rest of the staff deserve recognition as well for their hospitality

I love the fact that I could see the pyramids from the the top floor where they serve free breakfast. The room was cold, but I guess it was because I came in March. So everything was great except for one staff member who was very nasty to me because I couldn’t understand her accent so I stayed far from her.

The staff were very welcoming. The room was very cosy and oversaw the beautiful pyramids.

Dinner & Breadfast here are fantatic.

The Galaxy Pyramid Hotel was a wonderful hotel to stay. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, the bed was huge and we had a great view of the pyramids! The hotel staff - Abdo, Saif, Mohammed/Ghandi, and our taxi driver Hassan were all amazing and Nothing was too much trouble. We unfortunately had a suitcase issue when we got to Cairo, but all the staff could not do enough to help. Abdo even helped us when we returned back into Cairo a few days later. A Superstar!! ⭐️ Thankyou for your excellent service. We will recommend this lovely hotel and hope to return again.
