Super convenient without the higher up-the-mountain price tag. Parking was easy as well and we were able to get around to restaurants and grocery stores without much trouble. The only thing that was tough was the baseboard heaters - only 1 seemed to be adjustable, and we were concerned about using the fireplace so the living room was cooler than we would have liked. Called the number(s) on the docs in the unit and no one even knew who those people were. We eventually got it sorted out but never did get a call back from anyone. The building is also a bit dated and one of the hot tubs was inoperable while we were there. BUT.. it was one of the least expensive units in the area. You really do get what you paid for.
