5/5 Excellent
"Hotel was in a very convenient place a little under 10 minute walk from the Salerno train station. The Main Street with all of the cafes and shops is right down the street. and the waterfront is about 2 blocks away.
Everything about the hotel was great but we did wish that the showers had a handle option as well, that would be our only request."
"We liked everything, breakfast was amazing (very, very good). Pool has good view, same as from balcony.Peaple at register was really helpful. I wish car parking included. We paid separately for parking."
"The property is fabulous with rooms with view of the Amalfi coast that are breathtaking. Service and breakfast were awesome. The only drawback is the location is isolated with no walkable dinner options but the hotel restaurant which has great food but gets repetitive after a few days. Definitely 5 stars and would return. "
"A great spot to stay! Clean, comfortable, and close to the heart of Amalfi. Staff were very kind and we are looking forward to coming back one day :) "

"We had a wonderful time staying at the Caruso, A Belmond Hotel in Ravello. We were greeted by friendly and warmhearted staffs. We got free upgrade to a suite with balcony viewing of the sea and surrounded with purple wisterias. The suite was spacious and prepared the welcoming champagne and fresh fruits. The hotel had stunning views every corner and the service was impeccable. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the complementary sunset boating tour due to the weather. "

"This hotel is walkable from the main station and also has parking. The staff were excellent and accommodating. The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the ocean. The property has a wide range of breakfast options and is walkable from the city center.
There was a school trip staying in the hotel during the same time, and they were very loud throughout the evening, night, and morning - including slamming doors and screaming in the hallways and breakfast room. The hotel is large and I would’ve preferred to have been given a room in a different area of the hotel, which may be outside of staff control. "
