All of the staff we interacted with were incredibly polite and accommodating. It was raining for a couple of days of our stay and the hotel was well equipped with plenty of umbrellas at the front entrance for guests. They also provide you with waters, a very cute tote bag & beach towels to use during your stay. There is parking right in front of the hotel, which is great for arriving and departing but unfortunately ruins the view from your balcony.
