"Staff was really great. Area felt safe. Free water machines on each floor with rooms which is extremely useful. Our room was decent sized for 3 people. Definitely recommend."

"Absolutely beautiful for a family , Young couple or Business, this Hotel took care of all needs , the Rooftop pool / Bar area was beautiful the courtyard was also beautiful, there is a pool table in the lobby the yard has swings table to eat games and more."

"No joke...this place is steps from St. Marks Square! Relatively easy to find. This is an older hotel so dont expect modern furniture and fixtures but the AC works (a little too well, we had to turn it up a few times lol) and thats all that mattered to me. Beds are firm but i didnt mind it. Breakfast was ok but it was complimentary, you do have to "check in" with the waitstaff and tell them the room number. I would definitely stay here again "

"We had a great time in Florence and loved the hotel and its facilities. It was clean, modern and very friendly and helpful staff. Location was great and a short walk from the station and the city centre. A roof top pool was a fantastic bonus apart from being very crowded at times. "
