Microwave turntable didn't work which meant things blew up in it. Fridge doors did not close properly unless effort was made to secure the left door latch behind its catch. But you could not simply close it. Had to access directions for coffee station on the internet in order to use it. Dryer was crazy. A normal dryer "posing" as a stackable on top of the washer! I was unable to clean the lint screen or turn on the dryer. Pots and pans had terrible crusty burned on food. Amazing views night and day. Our experience at this Catalina VRBO was nothing short of amazing. The views were absolutely unmatched—the kind that stop you in your tracks and make every moment feel like a postcard. Whether it was enjoying coffee on the balcony or watching the sunset, every view was breathtaking.A huge bonus was the golf cart that came with the property—truly a necessity on the island and something you just don’t get with most other places. It gave us the freedom to explore Catalina at our own pace without the hassle of rentals or long walks. It added so much ease and fun to the trip.What truly set this stay apart, though, were the hosts. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and went above and beyond for us. Not only did they generously allow us to check in early, but when all ferries and ships were canceled due to extreme winds and rough seas, they graciously accommodated us for an additional night so we had a safe and comfortable place to stay. Their flexibility and thoughtfulness during that stressful moment meant the world to us.This place felt like a hidden gem—comfortable, convenient, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. We’re already planning our return and will be recommending this spot to everyone we know visiting the island. The only complaint we have is that we couldn't stay longer. Everything was clean and comfortable. Having the golf cart included was such a great amenity too.
