There was a lot of attention to detail to make it cozy. We loved how close it was to the beach/restaurants. Only things to note in case it matters to you: there is another property above you so you can hear the other tenants sometimes, you share the garage, and you share the washer/dryer. Ron was so responsive and easy to communicate with and even surprised us with a wedding gift! We had everything we needed. The house was a smart house so some fun amenities that we weren’t used to!
