« Points positifs : Très grande chambre avec une grande salle de bain et tout le nécessaire. Situé à 25-30 minutes à pied du vieux centre. Personnel très accueillant et gentil. Points négatifs : Il fait chaud dans la chambre et les fenêtres donnant sur l entrée de la réception avec une petite terrasse avec balancelle, il est donc impossible d'ouvrir car il n'y a plus d'intimité. les gens s'assoient devant nos fenêtres. De plus, l'hôtel se situe près dune route passante, tant que les fenêtres sont...

"Schöne Lage, herrliches Zimmer mit Sicht auf die Berge. Essen ok. Leider konnte ich kein Wienerschnitzel bestellen da der Koch keine Schnitzel serviert. Ins zweit Restaurant durften wir nicht essen gehen da wir Halbpensioun gebucht hatten.Wenig Flexibilität innerhalb der Restauration. Das Wellnes ist angenehm genauso wie das Fitness. Leider fand meine vorab gebuchte Gesichtsbehandlung nicht statt da ich 20 Minuten nach vereinbarter Zeit nicht weiter warten wollte.Die Kosmetikerin war bis dahin noch immer nicht erschienen und man konnte mir nicht sagen wann sie endlich erscheinen würde. Eine Entschuldigung oder Erklärung bekam ich leider nicht, weder von der Sparezeption noch von der Rezeption vom Hotel."

"2 nights in Innsbruck. The hotel is in a good location within easy walking distance of the centre. The hotel has character and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The breakfast to a high standard. Comparing prices to other hotels during the same period, the price is expensive but competitive. For the price, however there are some things that can be improved. First the check-in / front desk personnel can learn to smile and be more friendly. Yes they were efficient, and perhaps having to work in the Christmas period is no fun … but smiling cots nothing. Second. There is tea in the room, but no coffee. When we asked we were told that they don’t put coffee in the room. I think this is the first hotel I have stayed in anywhere in the world that doesn’t offer both. So slightly disappointed with our stay.. "

"DÉÇUS. Rien ne correspondez à notre réservation… Nous avons logés dans un autre bâtiment à plusieurs centaines de mètres donc aucune commodité de l’hôtel réservé, bar, vue sur le lac et même le petit déjeuner où nous avons été une seule fois le jour du départ. Les chambres devais êtres insonorisés, avec chauffage individuel, mais rien de tout cela, et en plus, vous avions deux petites couettes d’un mètre pour un grand lit, une horreur, surtout que les chambres n’étaient pas bien chauffées. Douche sans porte !!! Une note de deux étoiles, tout simplement, parce que le personnel a tout fait pour notre arrivée tardive pour nous servir un plat chaud, alors que vous avions beaucoup de retard avec les problèmes d’annulation et de retards de trains. Sinon j’aurais mis une note dune seule étoile. Je déconseille ou il faut bien demander d’avoir l’hôtel principal et non pas une dépendance."

"Chambre très propre, lit confortable! L’hôtel est bien situé, très proche de tout! Par contre, très bruyant à l’extérieur et la chambre n’était pas isolée! On entendait absolument tout de l’extérieur comme si on y était! Des gens mangeaient, criaient et riaient très fort en dessous de notre fenêtre fermée jusqu’à 4h du matin ce qui nous a littéralement empêcher de dormir! De plus, nous avons réservé une suite avec chambre séparée et ils n’ont pas honoré notre réservation! Ils nous ont donné une chambre inférieur sans nous rembourser la différence! Quand on est allée le signaler à la réception, la réaction de la réceptionniste est « ooooohhhh vous avez réservé avec expédia ». J’ai quand même montré que c’est belle est bien marqué chambre séparée avec le prix qu’on a payer et ils n’ont rien voulu savoir! Ceci dit la chambre était quand même très bien, propre et spacieuse…… mais à cause du bruit extrême je ne recommande vraiment pas du tout cet hôtel à moins d’être à un étage beaucoup plus haut pour entendre un peu moins le bruit! Moi je ne prends plus de chance…. Je n’y retournerais plus jamais et je ne le recommande pas!!!! "
