A total 3800 square feet, the property has 8 bedrooms, 14 beds (plus a day bed and sleeper couch), and plenty of space for relaxing and socializing. You are within 2 blocks of Lake Austin where you can enjoy a morning run and within walking distance to all the eating and entertainment Austin has to offer. Stunning and stylish, this 3-house property and is a 5 minute walk to dining and bars and a 15-25 minute walk (or 4-minute drive) to the heart of downtown, East 6th Street, and Rainey Street. The property is nestled on a quiet street, giving you a peaceful, comfortable, and spacious oasis that's walking distance to bars, dining, and even downtown. There's plenty of spaces to relax and entertain, each house offering a blend of mid-century charm and modern comfort. There is plenty of outdoor space to hang out with a morning coffee, or a chill evening at home, or a grill out (multiple grills are available for you). The location cannot be beat, we are located centrally in the Holly section of East Austin.
