Space For Everyone In Family Friendly Neighborhood

Comfort is the word when you first step into this spacious high end home. You'll find everything you need in our chef's kitchen for a quick breakfast or a full meal. Spread out into the two family rooms with smart TVs in every bedroom and 8ft pool table in Game room.

A desk area and printer are available for any work that must be done. When it is time for bed, you'll love the luscious beds with soft linens. Convenient to the Round Rock and Cedar Park areas and a mere 30 minutes from downtown Austin

Guests will have access to the entire house and yard with the exception of the pantry and garage.

There is a formal dinning room, breakfast nook area, Laundry room, powder bath, full kitchen, living room and master bedroom on first floor.

Master bedroom on first floor has jetted tub, shower and toilet.
And other three bedrooms upstairs are on second floor. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bath, the others share a full bath. Game room on second floor has its own 55 inch Smart TV with 8ft pool table & few board games.

There is a fenced-in backyard with a small patio and chairs in which you can sit and enjoy your morning cup of coffee!

In town for a wedding

Several family members gathered for a wedding. We needed a large house with room to move around. This home fit us to a tee. It had large comfortable rooms and beds and sufficient bathrooms to allow us to prepare in a timely manner. The best part was the large dining table that allowed all eight of us to sit and share breakfast; which was prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. Perfect.

Great house and location. Host was very responsive to questions. Great neighborhood with numerous walking trails. House was very large with plenty of room for three adults and 2 cats and 1 dog. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

All the comforts of home

This well appointed home is in a beautiful neighborhood located about 25 minutes from the airport and close to major stores. The electric fireplace came on literally with the flick of a switch, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had all the basics including some staples like flour, sugar and spices. It also had a nice coffee/tea service area stocked with Starbucks Kcups. Other supplies included trash bags, shampoo and conditioner, hand soap and basic cleaning and laundry supplies. We were able to keep our infant daughter overnight and she slept comfortably in the port a crib they supplied. We also enjoyed getting to meet some friendly neighbors during our daily walks. Feels like home away from home

Great peaceful location, short access to HEB, plenty of space for the family. This property was a great choice for our weekend trip with our family of 6 plus our pets. Owner is quick to respond and the house smelled so clean when we arrived. The home is equipped and stocked with basic necessities making this property a top choice for when we return to Austin again. Thank you Yash for sharing this home in such great condition making our visit worthwhile!

Wonderful home!

We enjoyed our stay at Yash's beautifully update and decorated home. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. Nice washer and dryer, modern kitchen, comfortable sofa, large TV and the bedding felt luxurious. The location is in a very quite neighborhood with many walking trails and only a short drive to nice restaurants. Yash was very attentive to any of our questions.

The "Irish" home

First let me say that Yash was amazing in her communication with us before and during our stay. She went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable and safe during our stay. We will have nothing but positive memories of the roomy, warm and comfortable house. But we experienced Austin at its worst possible time. We were there before, during and after the apocalypse of February 2021. People all over the area were experiencing power outages, broken pipes, no heat in homes, and not much food at the grocery. It was incredible. We couldn't leave the house safely for many days. Nevertheless, our house (Yash's house) somehow managed to escape all of these disasters. We had heat, we had electricity, and we had water (we did have to boil the water). And, luckily, we had done a major grocery shop just before the storms hit, so we had food. Somehow, our group of four adults, one three and a half year old, and a dog, still had enough room in the house to have our own space and enjoy our time together. So, I am sure that Yash must be Irish.

Beautiful home, excellent location, quiet neighborhood

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful home! First I have to say that Yash is incredibly kind, accommodating, and was avalible anytime we had a question. The neighborhood is delightfully friendly, clean, and quiet- we felt really safe there. The home is beautiful; well kept, comfortable beds, a great washer and dryer with plenty of space and room to be comfortable. Lastly, it is in a convenient location, very close to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, and shops.
