This beautiful loft is located in the Barton Hills neighborhood, which sits on the edge of Austin's recreational Greenbelt. It is on the third floor of a small, quiet condominium building and has a sweeping view of Downtown Austin, including the Capitol building and the UT Tower.

The unit was entirely remodeled in 2006 with a unique floor plan and high-end furnishings. Decorative touches such as custom artwork and creative lighting imparts a warm, light and inviting ambiance. For convenience, both living room and loft features a full bathroom, and the kitchen is fully equipped.

The property is ideal for couples or for a few friends that need a home base to explore Austin. Walk to Zilker Park and Barton Springs, “Restaurant Row”, Umlauf Sculpture Garden, Lady Bird Lake, Hike & Bike Trails, The Green Belt and enjoy easy access to Downtown. There is even a mini-market right next door that has everything you could possibly need during your stay. If you want to experience Austin this is THE place you want to be!

Guests will have access to basic HD broadcast channels, Netflix, and high-speed Wifi. There are laundry facilities on-site. One parking space is also provided.

Each guest will be provided with a unique access code and is responsible for self-checkin. No interaction with host is required unless explicitly requested or required by the transaction.

The Barton Hills neighborhood is located in Austin's coveted South Central District. It sits on the edge of the Barton Creek Greenbelt, and is surrounded by world-renowned amenities such as Barton Springs and Zilker Park, home of the ACL music festival. Lady Bird Lake and Downtown are only blocks away, where you will find the Convention Center's SXSW festival, Auditorium Shores, The Long Center, 6th Street, shopping on Congress Ave (SoCo) and so many more bars and restaurants it would be impossible to list them all!

Rent a bike and enjoy everything Austin has to offer! Metro transportation and ride-sharing services are available. One parking space will also be provided.
