Best suited for families, groups of friends, and business travel. This spacious home offers a small private backyard as well as a grassy front yard - both fenced in (see photos). Professionally managed by an all-local team. Click “Show more” for all property details. The Space: This sleek and modern 4BR/3.5BA home is perfectly situated in vibrant East Austin just minutes from Downtown, Rainey Street, and iconic Austin eateries - the perfect space for your next getaway! GROUND FLOOR Entertain guests in the bright, open living area which features a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating. Watch your favorite movie or curl up with a good book on the plush couch, which converts into a queen-size sofa bed. This common space connects to the designer kitchen, which is fully equipped with modern appliances, essential cookware, and a small dining area. SECOND FLOOR On the second story, you'll find three bedrooms and two full-size bathrooms. The master bedroom, which can accommodate 4 guests, features a king-size bed and a twin daybed and trundle. There is also an en-suite bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. Down the hallway, are two guest bedrooms, one with a full-size bed and twin trundle and the other with a queen-size bed. A full bathroom with dual vanities and plenty of counter space is located to the right of the two guest bedrooms. A laundry closet housing the washer and dryer can also be found on this level. THIRD FLOOR The third floor offers a second master retreat which features a king-size bed, full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a comfortable media lounge. Stay in and enjoy a game night or watch your favorite movie on the comfortable couch, which also converts into a queen-size sofa bed and accommodates 2 guests. For our working travelers, a comfortable workspace is available. The location was ideal - close to airport and everything we planned to visit. Super easy to navigate to and from. Layout was right on - enough common space on the main floor for dining, relaxing and visiting coupled w plenty of privacy on the second and third floors. Loved the 3 full bathrooms - with 5 adults, it was perfect. Clean. Spacious. Convenient. The downsides for us were far less important than all the upsides stated above, but worth noting here just in case: the kitchen supplies are sparse! No oven mitts. One dish towel. No salt or pepper. No foil. The Guestspaces team sends ample pre-trip communications with clearly written instructions However, they send via a ‘no reply’ email. That wasn’t ideal. So we had no communication during our stay. The shower adjoining the large bedroom on the second floor does not drain. Never reached anyone to address it. Crib wasn’t assembled but once we texted the host, they brought over a park n play quickly. Should just leave that in the house. Lots of space for our family. We travel often to Austin and have come to love the East Side. We had a larger group this time and the house comfortably fit 8 adults. The house is in a great (quiet) neighborhood with lots of nice restaurants in walking distance. We enjoyed the MotoGP races during the day and easy Uber ride to the night life and 6th street.
