Everyone got a bed, and the location was great. We were never more than 20 minutes from anything we wanted to do. We were able to walk to a few places too, which was perfect. The only feedback I have for something to improve would be to increase the dining seating. Loved the 3 full bathrooms - with 5 adults, it was perfect. Clean. Spacious. Convenient. The downsides for us were far less important than all the upsides stated above, but worth noting here just in case: the kitchen supplies are sparse! No oven mitts. One dish towel. No salt or pepper. No foil. The Guestspaces team sends ample pre-trip communications with clearly written instructions However, they send via a ‘no reply’ email. That wasn’t ideal. So we had no communication during our stay. The shower adjoining the large bedroom on the second floor does not drain. Never reached anyone to address it.
