And, if you enjoy shopping, the Domain Outlet Mall is only 10 minutes away! The Space: The property can comfortably host up to 10 guests, offering 4 private bedrooms (5 beds) + 2.5 bathrooms. If you would like to have more people than 8, please ask and we can provide 2 blow-up air mattresses and extra sheets for the 3 sleeping couches. But please let us know ahead of time if you choose to do this! The master bedroom looks out on the pool, and has a queen bed with an attached private bathroom that has a massive jacuzzi bathtub! The other three bedrooms share a guest bathroom with a double sink vanity, that is separated from the bathtub/shower/toilet by a locking door. The three other bedrooms contain a full-sized bed, a queen bed, and two twin beds. All of the beds (including the master bedroom) have brand new hotel-grade Helix Comfort mattresses (retailing at $1,000 + per mattress! We want you to get good sleep while you are here! For parents of young children, we provide a high chair and a crib. If you are a mom who pumps, we also have a spectra pump you can use during your stay (but you will need to bring your own attachments). Please note that the former garage on this home is currently being turned into additional space for the Airbnb, so it is not accessible to guests right now. Let us know if you would like any local recommendations! The main living room has a nice leather sectional facing the TV. If reading and relaxing is more your style, feel free to sit in one of the leather swivel chairs by the fireplace and grab a book to read from the shelves. Our dining room table inside seats 4 people, but if extra chairs are needed, there are 7 at our outside dining table that can be brought in. If you aren't lucky enough to have the day off of work, the study features a standing desk with a monitor for you to use. It also has 2 double doors that can be shut. This room can be used as an extra sleeping space if needed. Don't worry about missing a workout! We have you covered there as well. There is a full home gym in the corner of the back porch! (Please be aware that the gym is outside, but under a covered patio, so if the weather is extreme such as raining or very cold, that may influence your ability to workout. We do have fans you can use if it is hot outside!) It features a traditional squat rack with Rouge bumper plates (with 10lb, 25lb, 35lb, and 45lb plates), an adjustable bench, a pull-up bar, adjustable bow flex selectees dumbbells that each go up to 52.5 lbs., and a full cable assembly (so you can still do let pulldowns, leg kickbacks, let raises, curls, rows, etc.!), and last but not least a yoga mat. Sit in the backyard late into the night, enjoying the pool and beautiful weather that we get year-round here in Round Rock! The yard is illuminated at night by string lights hung up around the yard. Go ahead and cook a dinner for the whole family on the outdoor grill, and use the nice wooden dining table on the covered patio that seats 7 people comfortably. We are also in the process of adding even more poolside and patio furniture to enjoy the backyard with! We allow 2 dogs max per stay. We do require an extra fee per pet. This is because there is usually more cleaning required when pets stay. Please make sure if you have a pet that they do NOT get on the couches without first putting a heavy blanket down. We have nice leather couches that are scratched very easily by claws. If pee, chew marks, or claw marks are found anywhere in the home, a fine will be charged to the guests to cover the cost of the repair necessary. Guest Access: You will have private access to the entire home and yard shown in this listing. The Neighborhood: The property is in a peaceful, residential area of Round Rock, with tree-lined streets and well-kept homes, making it ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxing stay. The neighborhood is generally quiet, providing a welcoming environment for vacationers looking to escape city noise. The property is just minutes away from local shopping centers, grocery stores, and restaurants. Round Rock’s premium outlet mall, featuring a variety of popular retail shops, is nearby, along with grocery stores like H-E-B, ensuring guests can easily pick up essentials or enjoy a shopping spree. Recreational Activities: The neighborhood is close to several parks, such as Round Rock West Park and Chisholm Trail Crossing Park, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and families with children. Nearby Dell Diamond, home of the Round Rock Express, is a great spot for baseball fans, and Old Settlers Park offers additional outdoor activities like fishing, sports fields, and trails. Convenient for Business Travelers: Round Rock is home to major companies like Dell Technologies, making the location ideal for business travelers. If you want to go shopping, The Domain and the Round Rock Premium Outlets are only 10 minutes away. You can also reach downtown via the N Mopac Expressway in about 20-25 min. since the entrance to N Mopac Expressway is only 2 miles away from the home). Apple's new campus is also only 10 minutes away. Other Things to Note: If you need anything, please do not hesitate to ask! (PLEASE NOTE that due to us having a pool, we require that if anyone under 16 years old is using the pool, an adult \~18 years+\~ must be present outside in the pool area!) Please note that we do NOT allow anyone to be in the home that is not a registered guest. Events that include anyone other than registered guests are NOT allowed. Please note that any unauthorized party or event can result in a minimum fee of $750 The oven is not usable until further notice. We kindly ask that you keep noise levels low so everyone can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. It was clean and had a lot of space to rest and relax. With only 1 tv in the living room, the outlets in the living room and kitchen were faulty so once we lost power to outlets in the living room and kitchen, it made my trip hell because i needed the power to complete the task. Then, the oven broke and just stopped working on CHRISTMAS EVE. That was the main reason for booking the unit. While reaching out for help, the communication was there, however, the issue never got resolved, causing me to have to spend 400 more dollars to try and remedy the situation. When I asked for a partial refund, they mentioned they'd review the case and i never received it. I would definitely not rent from here again, as the circuit breaker is locsted in a locked room. I asked for the code to get in to try and correct the issue but they refused to offer it. COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED BY THIS STAY AND WILL NEVER RENT FROM HERE AGAIN!! ##### Fears K.
