Staff was great , room was clean although the remote was dinky and the pressing button was dysfunctional at times. Breakfast I would recommend yall skip, we paid 20 bucks per person for a small buffet section where they eggs were so bland and tasted a little off. Otherwise our stay was great.
Arrived to the property at 2;45 pm when the check-in time was at 4:00 pm. I called 3 hours early to confirm if I was able to check in 1 hr and 15 min early. I received a confirmation that I will be able to check in at my arrival time (2:45 pm). The front desk employees told me that i needed to wait after 4 pm to check in because they were 100% booked. Front Desk employees did not pick up the phone or took one step away from the desk to validate if my room was ready. In other words they just say “You have to wait and there is nothing we can do”. It seems no manager on duty and employees are not moving an inch to help the guest. I will not comeback to this property
We went down to breakfast and had paid for breakfast through Expedia but when we got down to the restaurant, we were told we needed a ticket. We weren’t provided with tickets, but the server was so very helpful in helping us to get those and were able to eat!
For the most part, my stay was great. I found a hair on one of my towels in the bathroom. Also, I asked for a late checkout. I had housekeeping knock on my door multiple times before I was supposed to check out that was quite annoying other than that, the day was great….
My family stayed here over the 4th of July weekend, and this turned into one of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had. Late at night, a huge cockroach crawled up my leg while I was washing my hands in the restroom. I probably woke up half the floor after yelling because it was so gross and disgusting that I jumped back instantly. I took pictures because I couldn’t believe it actually happened. For a moment I thought about leaving, but it was already around 1 AM, we were exhausted from traveling all day, and we didn’t have the energy to start looking for another hotel. The new room they moved us to wasn’t very clean either, and between the move, the shock, and feeling paranoid about the cleanliness, we didn’t get to sleep until after 3 AM.
I called the front desk, and the employee came up to hand me the key to the new room, but he didn’t offer any help or even a luggage cart. We had to pack everything ourselves and haul it from the 2nd floor to the 6th floor in the middle of the night. When we got up there, the hallway was dirty too, and I have photos of that as well.
They gave us a breakfast voucher and moved us, but that doesn’t fix a cockroach crawling up my leg or the condition of the hallway. Management said they’d “take care of it,” but nothing was documented and nobody followed up. We won’t be coming back.
The hotel is lovely and staff was great. The room looked nice but we had our cat with us. She went under the bed and found a corn on the cob under there. The lady said the maids probably just missed it. It looked like it was missed for months. It had turned gray and shriveled. Then we found another one while removing the first one. I think they need new maids or train them better so they know how to clean correctly. They gave us breakfast vouchers to make up for it which was nice but I don't know if I want to stay there again.
Staff are the friendliest I have come across - from the lovely lady at the Starbucks station to the staff at the front desk. They go above and beyond. Spotless and clean.
We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. And a huge role in our satisfaction was Sharon who took care of us at checking in and through out of our two day stay when we had a few issues.
Without her patience, professionalism and understanding our stay would not be possible.
Super clean hotel, good amenities, welcoming atmosphere.
We surely would return back!
