"The shower was broken which made it very stressful after a long day traveling. We eventually got it to work but the next day it didn’t work at all and the entire shower handle came off when we tried to make it work. When we called it in, we were not told clear info about when the repair people would come. I asked if I could get a new room because I had just come from the beach and was standing and waiting in sandy clothes. We were denied this request and had to wait for the repairmen. The eventually came and fixed the shower but the handle was still difficult to pull open. Other than that the villas are great, they have cutlery , plates , cups etc for use and dish soap . They had this weird washer dryer combo… but it was more like a steamer … took 3 hrs and my clothes did not feel clean … it still had slight body odor . I hand washed my swimsuit and tried to dry it in there for 2 hrs but it did not dry…. idk .. maybe i was using it wrong but it was not helpful for me"

"It was okay, but we will not be back. We liked the proximity to all the parks, the staff were very nice, the water park was great to have nearby, and was relaxing and fun. It was easy to text the hotel and someone would answer quickly and helpfully. It was super cool to have fishing, too! Unfortunately, there were more cons than pros, and I want to share in case it is helpful to others. There were a few things we did not like: - The hallways were not maintained. There was trash along the sides and the carpets were not regularly vacuumed. - We had to keep track of our pool towels or we would be charged. That’s hard to do when there are six of us! We were expected to use the same pool towels for our week stay. - The linens were terrible. They didn’t have fitted sheets! - The master bedroom did not have any bath towels, and it took a long time to get some. - We asked for extra bedding for the pull out couch and it took hours to get. - my elderly parents needed help making their bed, and the staff member only dropped them off and said “we don’t do that” - The restaurant was constantly too full with a long wait. They closed the kitchen at 8:30pm even though they were open later because they had reached capacity. The food was also not very good. - we rented a cabana which included attendant service. They stopped coming halfway through the day. They did take funds off for this when I mentioned it, which we appreciated! - the shuttle running to the parks is very limited."
