« My wife and myself have rented many VRBO properties and have a top raying as guest. Unfortunately after driving for eight hours we found out the access code to the property did not work. The host did not respond to our messaging. We called vrbo customer service, they could not contact the host either. « The room was very musty smelling like mildew. It was a quick stay while traveling so dealt with it for the overnight. Pet cost was not as advertised and at the hotel they charged $75 per pet. Almost as much as the stay. Had I of known I would have booked a better hotel because ended up over $200/night with tax and fees.

However, the room did not meet expectations: there was a lot of mold in the shower, dirty stains on the floor, and the windows were extremely dirty.

Friday morning desk person was very young, need to train her to be friendly and pay attention to guests needs. With a proper training I think she can do a better job.
