Good

Newer property. So clean and fresh. Spacious rooms. Huge bathroom! Just a quick overnight stop but great. Great breakfast as well

Friendly, helpful staff plus the breakfast was outstanding. The gym was OK (free weights and cardio machines only) but the pool was lovely. Really enjoyed our stay!

This was our second stay at this hotel in the last year and we will be staying here in the future. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond the call of duty. Lady that runs the breakfast room is just the sweetest thing and always makes sure the food is fresh and coffee urns are full. The hotel is very clean and kept up. I give this hotel a 5/5 rating!!!

Best place to stay in Covington

We always stay here because it’s close to everything around town and the hotel is clean, staff are friendly. Easy check in and out. Kids enjoy the pool as well. Breakfast is good for a buffet and complete. We love it here.

Home away from home when visiting our UofM student— the staff has always been friendly and helpful, lots of places to eat and shop around a safe area!

It was a joy to go to the breakfast area and to chat with Michelle. She really made you feel at home and special. The rest of the staff was wonderful as well. We will return to the Memphis area to visit with our daughter and this establishment will be the first on our list. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. A big thank you to the staff and a special shout out to Michelle. We wish you, your daughter and loved ones all the...

It met my expectations, kimd and friendly staff, clean and well appointed rooms.

Great clean property. Staff is very nice and friendly. Not sure why people have had negative experiences but seems like user error more than a hotel issue. Comfortable bed and linens and clean. Very modern and sleek.

Would recommend this hotel 100%
