There’s a pond which can attracts birdlife although with changing times it’s regressing to more of a prairie with occasional water and increasing vegetation due to natural silt intrusion. What is delightful about the preserve is the fact that it’s a little off the beaten path and therefore is not overly crowded while existing undeveloped next to a small shopping mall, car dealership and regular suburban homes. And it continues to be looked after by enthusiastic community volunteers.

This home is cozy and tucked away from the street. It has easy acces to the freeway and there are restaurants within a short distance. It was clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The host was very responsive.
