Room was large and clean. Bed comfortable. Wifi good. Plenty of hot water. Convenient location. Couldn’t avoid sewage smell even after switching rooms. Odor strength varied throughout stay. Certain rooms were being upgraded or repaired. Often was a chemical smell which would enter the room; we placed items at bottom of door to limit the smell. Furniture in other rooms was moved at 0100-0130 one night. Didn’t try the restaurant.

I hope that I will get my security deposit $2,000 pesos everything else was Excellent. But the time to get the deposit back in my checking account is too long. Thanks!

They made us feel fantastic with the great service and attention to details during our stay. The front desk lady is super helpful and nice. In general is a great staff. Very well located and safe.
