"The cabin is very nice and has a cozy atmosphere. There is only two things that needs to modification. The front door lock would not lock the door when leaving. So valuables were kept in our car. The front door made of glass panels, doesn’t have any coverings of either blinds or drapes. Which left no privacy to the living room area. Second area was the toilet. "This property was great for us. The pics and description accurately reflect it. It is a h home built in early 1900s, but redone throughout while also leaving the original charm. Two things, we couldn’t get the front door to open so we used the side door only, and we couldn’t get the windows opened in some rooms to let air in (but there were fans in the rooms). The listing said fire pit and we did not see the fire pit. In some areas the stairs are not the regulation height (step to the 2nd...

"Great breakfast, comfortable beds. Two problems: electric curtain didn't work, and ice from 2nd floor ice machine had a strong chemical taste when it melted in our drink cooler."
