"This was such a nice ryokan that is friendly to foreigners. I want to thank the front desk staff because without them we would have missed our shinkansen to Osaka. The weather was very rainy so the taxi services were not being reliable. The hotel staff took it upon themselves to use their hotel driver to take us back to Atami station. みんなさん本当にありがとうございます"
