Makoto, Ana, and Karen are the nicest staff ever, we extended out stay multiple days because we met other amazing people staying at this hostel and became very familiar with Kamakura. I have stayed in many hotels, and this one is the most uncomfortable. There are no iron beds as you can see in the picture. When I checked in, there were six iron beds, no curtains, and no privacy at all. If you move them slightly, they make a sound.
