"The traditional Japanese hotel is so spacious that it surprises us the minute we walked in. It has a full living area, a bedroom and a long patio that provides excellent view to the back yard. It has a private indoor hot spring tub and a private outdoor onsen. The back yard lead to hotel garden area which has all kinds of beautiful flowers and plan. Mountain is just next to the backyard. The ambience was excellent. A simple traditional Japanese breakfast was provided for free a request."

"Flash hotel with an incredible view! Each place has got a bath tub on the balcony. The rooms are newly renovated and as everyone says they have an open bar and they allow you to take drinks upstairs, didn’t eat at restaurant. Everything closes nearby at 2:30 so I suggest you bite the expensive bullet and get the meal plan. Location is great inbetween dogashima and zojima. Definitely geared for Japanese couples. "It was an incredible experience. Traditional Japanese room, very clean with a view to the mountains. The staff were extremely kind and polite and the buffet food was great. The hotel is also located very close to the main attractions in Shuzenji so everything is walking distance. Also very close to amazing cafes and restaurants like honohono cafe. You can also take a bus and go to Mihama Beach to see Mt Fuji! Would come here again, 10/10. "

"The rooms are absolutely amazing and unbelievably beautiful. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfast was very nice and traditional. They also provided traditional robes, socks, and sandals to wear to breakfast. There is not a lot of dining options around or much to do. If you have time, take a taxi to the bel-air park. I will definitely visit again. "

"I had booked this hotel thinking it was standard, but it was Japanese style: tatami floor, floor mattress, and no private bathroom (shower). The room did have a toilet, sink, closets, tv, electrical kettle, etc… yet despite not having my own shower was not a big deal. They offer bathhouse: very clean, spacious, with multiple pools (hot water) cold tub, sauna and even an outdoors onsen! Overlooking the river! Fall asleep sleep to a running river, and waking up to it was so soothing. The staff was friendly and helpful, overall i had a fantastic stay and would book again. "
