We liked friendliness of staff.
On arrival we found the extractor pipe had come off the air con unit so warm air was coming into the room negating cool air. My grandson noticed this and fixed the pipe back on easily.
We were surprised that the towels were renewed even though we left them on rails to indicate we were happy to reuse them.
Otherwise happy.

The apartment doesn't have a lift to unit 5，you need carring all your luggage by stairs all the way from ground floor ，coz the very old fashion lift only can fit one person . They use a portable machine as air conditioning but you need to open half of window. Super noisey during the night. All the windows looks very damage，and there someone get inside our apartment without permission. Very horrible experience of stay.The whole apartment is a scam！

Could have been worse. Location is prime.
Pillows were hard.
Dental kit amenity really should a small tube of toothpaste.
Staff should make sure safe works before new guests arrive.
Glad that there was air conditioning.
