"Perfect for our one night stay driving up from SW Fla. We arrived early morning & were able to check in right away. Front desk staff was very friendly & accommodating. Parking was easy & accessible. Room was comfortable with nice views out of floor to ceiling windows. Plenty of storage & closet space. Beds were comfy. Hotel was accommodating with extra pillows, blanket, etc. Connecting room next door was not sound proofed well-could hear everything. Would like to request better bath products option, especially a nice smelling body wash. Market & gelato employees were friendly & efficient. Transportation was convenient-both busses & a short walk to Sapphire Falls for the water taxi. A positive experience & would stay again. "

"The shuttle to Universal is at 8 am with pick up at the park at 5:30pm There is free parking after 6 on the citywalk Only a 15 minutes wall from the city walk if you waih to stay at the patk and not get the shuttle back "

"We loved the beds and the breakfast. Pool is small but kids still liked it. Close to Universal and 7 minute Uber to Epic Universe. Will recommend to friends. "
