I had excellent communication with the corporate office and the on-site manager.
The building is fabulous with an excellent gym, rec room and pool. The garage is easy to get in and out, plus a brewery right next door...it was the perfect choice.
I will look for the company in other cities for future travels.

Perfect place to stay for cedar point trip!! Comfy clean quiet room. Had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker with pods. Easy virtual check in and out. My one and only con was the was no chairs. A few folding chairs would have been great. Otherwise awesome little place, will definitely stay again.

Our stay was okay. I expected a bit better value for the price. Looks like “dynamic pricing “ strikes again. The front desk was less than welcoming upon arrival. Seemed like our patronage was an interruption. The view from our room was the roof of the parking garage. The constant elevator noise and door slamming all night was only the beginning, bed was atrocious. We didn’t sleep. The 3’x3’ shower stall would have been alright if the water pressure was high enough to rinse off the soap. I can get by with a terrible view. All im looking for in a room is a good bed and a good shower. This place had neither. The restaurant was woefully understaffed. The 1 server covering the entire dining room at breakfast was still hustling at dinner- for which we were turned away. I’ll probably try another brand/ property if I find myself in Cleveland again.
