"The property was beautiful , Inside and out! The hot tub, corn hole, fire pit and the scenery, were perfect for outside entertainment!! Our group of girls have been doing these getaways for over 20 years, and this stay was definitely one of our favorites!! Great and easy communication with the owners Would definitely recommend and we hope to be back next year!!"

"Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été extrêmement décevant et je ne le recommande pas. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que l'établissement était dans un état de propreté inacceptable. La salle de bain était très mal entretenue, avec de la rouille visible dans la douche. Les draps semblaient sales et usés, et plusieurs surfaces de la chambre présentaient des traces de saleté. L'impression générale était celle d'un manque évident d'entretien et d'hygiène. Cependant, le plus gros problème a été le staff. On m'a informé qu'un supplément d'environ 20 $ US était requis pour la quatrième personne de notre groupe. J'ai accepté puis la situation est devenue très préoccupante. L'employé m'a demandé ma carte de crédit. Par la suite, il a contacté une autre personne par FaceTime et a mis ma carte devant la caméra pendant l'appel. Je ne comprenais pas pourquoi mes informations bancaires devaient être montrées à une tierce personne. Par la suite, l'employé me demande de lui donner mon NIP à haute voix pour qu'il procède au paiement et il refuse de me donner la machine de paiement afin de mettre mon NIP moi meme. Je pense c'est un scam et un vol d'information bancaire."

"The property was located within walking distance of the beach and the downtown district. The interior was modern and well decorated. Overall a very comfortable property with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The outdoor seating and firepit were great for sitting outside on a balmy summer evening. The property is on a quiet residential street with easy access to shopping and attractions."

"I paid over $900 to stayed for 4 days thinking I was getting a luxurious suite not one day I was there did I feel happy. The rooms are dark and depressing, the rooms are just like any average hotel room, No cellular signal, the wifi was weak, and breakfast was nasty every day. One of the days they served rotten fruit salad for breakfast. Trying to get out of the street the hotel is on can be difficult certain times of the day due to the location. Most of the rooms does not have a view."

"This venue suited our needs very well. It provided a clean comfortable gathering space for a large group of friends and family. If you are going to be feeding a large crowd, you may want to bring along an extra large bowl, and larger sized pot and pan. If you are disabled, be aware that you have to use stairs to get around in this house. There is a dollar store and a large well stocked grocery store nearby, and you are only five minutes away from Walnut Beach, which is a lovely spot on Lake Erie. The little Harbour town has a couple of decent restaurants and is really charming. The beds were comfortable. Our room had good black out curtains and was pretty quiet. The showers were very large and unusual with quite lovely water pressure. This is a converted chapel and the space reflects a Christian sensibility with wall panels that have religious quotes. I liked this, but some others in our group were a little bit put off. The view and neighborhood was non-descript and felt safe. I walked my dog on the side streets all around there, day and night, with no fear. The place has a large parking lot. It is right off a main road, easy to find with good lit up signage. All in all, if you are looking for a place near Ashtabula Harbor that will comfortably accommodate a large group, I would recommend this home."

"We enjoyed staying here. It’s a dated but lovely home. The stairs are a little steep but we managed. House was lovely, pretty view of the water across the street (over a yard). Hosts were VERY responsive and kind. Easy to get into. Would recommend! "
