We were able to check in early, unfortunately the next day our fire alarm wouldn't stop beeping, & our fridge stoped working. Within the hour they had us moved to a different room the was exactly like the one we had. They were all very good including the maintenance staff who told the front desk that they couldn't fix the problem within a reasonable time & recommended the move for us. We were pleased with our stay.

We loved the space at the Grand Residence. We had space for our family of 5 to have separate beds. Our other family members were staying in The Grand and we could all meet every night at the hot tub.

Great room, facing the mountain, very spacious, nice bathroom, rugs and furniture (dressers) need replacing - old, and very stained rug. Very comfortable though, good beds !!! Staff very nice.

The staff were very kind and helpful! Unfortunately our room wasn't as clean as I would have liked (we found some dirty dishes and the cupboards under the sink in the kitchen and bathroom didn't seem clean) but nothing that interfered with our ability for a comfortable stay.
