Reg Conn Centennial Park Tours and Activities

Very nice rooms. Lots of food options. Beautiful park across rds. Next to river. Lots of parking in parkade. Will stay again

The redeeming features of this hotel were that it was quiet (even though we were next to the elevator) and the two front desk staff that we interacted with were pleasant and friendly. However, I have stayed at several Prestiges and this was not on par with previous experiences. The hotel was dated- I am guessing maybe a newly acquired property that might be slated for a renovation, perhaps? The room was tired and dirty. Countertops/ bedside table had not been wiped- there were sticky spots on surfaces. The pull out couch was nasty- noticeable stains on the dark cushions. Something had melted/ spilled in the freezer portion of the fridge and coated the bottom of the freezer. The floor was sticky and dirty. The blackout drapes had holes riddled all over, rendering them less than blackout. The continental breakfast was adequate for what it was.
