Top Arlington Hotel Reviews

Holiday Inn National Airport/Crystal City by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"Could be a little cleaner but it was ok. Metro was about a 15-20 min walk. Great location."

Comfort Inn Ballston

10/10 Excellent

"Very glad we discovered this place! An older hotel -- meaning well-built and quiet (thick walls)-- built around a "courtyard" where guests can park their cars (or in the parking garage) giving peace-of-mind regarding the safety of one's vehicles and belongings. Hot breakfast every morning personally prepared (bacon and eggs on Saturday were excellent!--as were all other meals), and staff kept the rooms/halls/lobby well-cleaned. The hourly hotel-van shuttle to Ballston METRO Station made our travel around the city even more convenient. We'd definitely stay there again!"

Sonesta Select Arlington Rosslyn

8/10 Good

"Location was near a Metro Station which is why we selected this location. Very convenient and nice facility. However, was disappointed in the Housekeeping service. The first day we did not know we had to request housekeeping. OK, so we asked for the room to be made up the second day. Was not done. No fresh towels, no trash can pickup, bed not made, bathroom not cleaned. Had to pickup clean towel set ourselves. Requested service for the 3rd day. Same scenario, no service, did it ourselves. Requested service for 4th day. Same thing, nothing done in the room, Picked up towels at the front desk and expressed our disappointment in their housekeeping. Manager said they were very busy and not enough staff to take care of the demand. (Only cleaning rooms needed for new guests) What about existing guests? Don’t care? Out of a 6 night stay, our room was cleaned once. Disappointed and not happy. This place has so much good potential but needs to care enough to take care of guests properly."

"Jarrod was so helpful at the front desk."

"Solo traveler and I loved how quiet the hotel is but super close to everything. The location is amazing and free parking. The staff were super friendly and the hotel was super clean."
