Argenta Vacation Packages

When we checked into the room it had an odor that was not pleasant. We bought a couple air deodorizers. When we returned in the late evening the room was still not cooled down after setting the AC. The room was hot and stuffy and turning the AC fan off was not an option. ( it covered up the road noise). The AC unit was so loud that you could not have watch TV since the volume had to be at the max and that was useless as the sound was so distorted it was useless. Also the TV was the smallest TV I have ever seen in a motel. When we raised our concerns with the front desk girl in the morning she said she would let the manager and the owner know and they would get back to us. NO ONE ever contacted us. It was a terrible night. Next time I'd rather sleep in my car.

We thought Tim, the owner was great! All contact with staff was efficient and helpful. There is a large community space that we enjoyed. The breakfast was not what we loved. The private space was large and the separate tub and shower with double sinks was great. The room was bright. It is a bit of a work in progress but in the end it worked very well.
