« Comms with host prior to arrival (indeed right from booking the previous year) were excellent, so helpful. House exactly as described and met our needs fully. Location couldn't be better, one minute walk to local bus, only 5 minutes walk to Union Station. Food markets, restaurants, bars, hair salons etc all very close by. Our favourite was The Boiling Crab! We'd definitely recommend this property and host, and would happily stay again! Thank you, Rosevelt! »

« Wonderful location and clean »

« Enjoyed rental overall. The furniture in the living room is pretty old and uncomfortable and they also stated in listing they had a pullout bed but in actually it was an uncomfortable leather futon. Wish that was more clear. Despite that overall clean and staff in building was helpful. »

« Parking was the only issue. The property owner helped with us getting a parking permit. However, the parking was first come first served. One night I had to park two blocks away and walk to the apartment. Everything else about the stay was great. Good communication with owner about anything we needed! »

« The apartment was very well appointed and obviously quite recently refurbished. It was clean and had everything I needed for my 5 day stay.I would suggest adding a couple of lamps so you have low light options in the evening. It is about 10 minute flat walk to Noma metro station. It took me 30 minutes to walk all the way to Capitol Hill so not bad at all in terms of location. Sadly, the immediate area is a low point. « Very accommodating for our trip. Good eating in area, the visit was to see museums and attraction in National Mall. Easy Uber ride to the Mall. Great for a couple or family of 4 that will be out and about in DC. Area was safe. Only recommendation I have is the host to get two visitor parking passes. A second vehicle would need to find parking accommodations. Very nice stay for what we visited DC for. Hostess was very responsive to questions. »

« This place was amazing for us. Came for my graduation for Georgetown University with family that have never been to DC. It was spacious, clean, and location was great. Host provided clear instructions and everything you needed was readily available in the house. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting and even book it myself again.
