"Front desk staff & bell service employees night/day were always helpful, polite, enthusiastic & efficient at their jobs. Room was nicely cleaned each day. Everything replaced that needed to be replenished. Evening service of turning down the bed was cozy. Comfortable nights sleep. Location made it easy to get around the city. Bar was nicely run. Although we stayed 5 nights we never ate at the hotel so cannot comment on the food standard. But it always felt comfortable coming back to the hotel each night after running around the city. cons (1) when I received an email 24/48 hours from the hotel to check in early on-line to expedite our arrival I responded & I was given an option in the email to upgrade our room @ a substantial cost. I declined, however, when we got to the hotel and I asked for an upgrade per my standing with Hotels.com I was told they were full (2) when we first got into our room there was a bowl of fresh fruit & a long welcome note to a ‘Bradley’ while the TV reflected a welcome to us personally … was Bradley upgraded/checked out? (3) Leaving I requested a bill breakdown, 2 drink charges to the mini bar had been added that we never consumed I can only believe the charges belonged to the phantom Bradley who escaped the extra charges. The staff didn’t argue with us they just removed the extra charges to our bill immediately. Would I recommend the hotel, yes, it’s a lovely modern boutique hotel nestled in a young and active neighborhood. But expensive."

"Great location by the Tower Bridge. Easy walk to the train station. The lobby bar closes extremely early which was a disappointment but other than that no complaints. Would stay here again - we had 3 in our room and it was a no room to move. These rooms are better suited for two - our other party had a two person room and it was just fine !"

"Zedwell is windowless cocoons, know that going in. But if you want clean, quiet, comfortable a stone's throw from Piccadilly Circus, for the cost of a middle US Interstate Hampton Inn, this is your place. No chair, no table, no amenities. Bed, walk-in shower and toilet. Good wifi, plenty of charging plugs. When I'm in London, time spent in the hotel room feels like a waste. So Zedwell all but forces me to get out and see this extraordinary city. Then when I come home to crash, it's lights out, pitch dark, total quiet, and I'll be ready for the next day."

"The hotel was well located and close to the subway station. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was very small in comparison to hotelsmin other cities in France and Italy. From my understanding that is the standard in England. Small but clean. I’m used to having a small refrigerator and the ability to make coffee 1st thing in the morning. Neither was available in the room. Overall very nice and clean just very small."
