« The location was great, loved the motion outdoor lights and how quiet it was. As a host also, there are some things I would have preferred that can be upgraded such as the blow dryer, and a better iron. There were 4 of us and we were left 3 towels and 1 bathing towel, that’s one thing I always check when we I have guests to ensure that they don’t have to reach out for these simple things. "La chambre est grande, le linge fourni est propre. Nous avons apprécié la présence du four à micro-ondes et du réfrigérateur dans la chambre. La piscine était déjà en fonctionnement début mars, car il faisait chaud. Même si nous ne l'avons pas utilisée nous-même, elle paraissait agréable. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Le personnel rencontré est sympathique. La connexion wifi est bonne. Il n'y avait pas de cintres. La salle de bain mériterait d'être un peu rénovée."

"Hôtel décevant malgré un excellent emplacement. Nous avons séjourné deux nuits au Sheraton. L’hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité du parc Universal (navette gratuite avec l’hôtel aux 15 min, accès possible à pied au parc 10-12 minutes) et près d’une station de métro pour Downtown LA. L’accueil au check-in était correct, mais notre chambre réservée (lit king) n’était pas prête au check-in et nous avons dû accepter une autre chambre (2 lits doubles). Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées… conversations et appels téléphoniques des voisins de chambre audibles. Notre voisin nous a réveillé à 6h30 AM avec son appel téléphonique. La nuit suivante j’ai dû me procurer des bouchons d’oreilles pour coucher le son. La chambre manque clairement d’entretien : rideau de douche sale, baignoire mal drainée, fils électriques pendants au plafond. Des rénovations sont nécessaires. Le stationnement est excessivement cher (55 $/nuit) et nous avons rencontré des problèmes avec la barrière sans assistance, malgré le bouton d’aide personne n’est venu nous aider. Bref, je choisirais si je reviens un hôtel moins touristique, un peu plus éloigné (10–15 min), mieux noté, et je stationnerais directement au parc Universal pour moins cher (40$). "
