We had to make changes due to my mother‘s passing to our reservation and she responded to all of my messages, quickly emotionally and efficiently. « Carmen was very attentive and helpful! We had a little trouble with the door code but she responded quickly and remedied the issue. The place is as described. We only stayed for 2 days but it was exactly what we needed. The garage was an added bonus! I do wish the main door had a curtain or blind for privacy but its on the 2nd level and sunken back so no major concerns. Neighbors are very friendly! We would stay here again! Thank you! »

« Great location, TV in living room did not turn on, the master bedroom has old TV that turned on after several minutes, i texted the manager and she never responded back about the tv, the property was cleaned. However, the living room furniture was stained and dirty, and there's looks like a shower pan leak that is deteriorating the wood framing in the shower and there's a mold growing. « Our stay in March was pleasant. The space for us was great. There was a bedroom for each of our teenagers, one for us and 3 bathrooms, just like home. Two bedroom fan/light were not working, and one TV didn't have a remote, but Carmen was quick to get maintenance to fix that. It was odd that there was only one light on a nightstand in one room.
