The front desk receptionist were not very welcoming. She literally rolled her eyes at me behind her mask. Sheets had blood stain. Didn’t provide enough towels for our four nights stay. Communication is an issue the front desk receptionist. He did confirm that I would be able to call a taxi upon on my departure. It ended up being a hassle.

The room we had was great and the staff were all very kind and helpful. Me and my wife loved every second of our stay. If you are staying in Akihabara this is a great hotel to stay at.

We stayed here at end of Tokyo trip for easy access to Narita Skyliner. Hotel was great and location, a quick walk to the market which has a great range of food and shopping while being far enough away from busy streets.
