Enjoy this cosy 24m² studio in the heart of Viel Antibes, for an unforgettable stay on the Côte d'Azur.

Nestled on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises :

- a living area with a sleeping area equipped with a king-size bed (180 cm), and a dining table,
- an open-plan kitchen with coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob and fridge,
- bathroom with shower and WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, hangers,
- fan,
- TV, satellite or cable, Wifi, games for all ages, books.

A management fee of 264€ will be charged for medium-term rentals. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.
