"First time staying here, had a doctors appointment in the city last min so booked here because there wasn’t many options left and so glad that I did! The hotel is beautiful inside and out! "We spent 3 nights there and were fairly pleased. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the shower water pressure was intense! My only complaint was an odd odour when you walk into the lobby, but I believe it was just lingering smells from breakfast which is served nearby. I am writing this from our next hotel in PEI that is nowhere near as good as the Chateau Bedford, so thank you."

"Here’s a polished review you could post: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We absolutely loved our stay at Moxy Downtown Halifax! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was unlike any hotel we’ve stayed at. It’s modern, fun, and has so much personality. The lobby is such a great space to hang out, with Jenga, Pac-Man, and other games that make it feel more like a social lounge than just a hotel. You even get a complimentary welcome drink when you check in, which is such a nice touch. We also took advantage of happy hour at the bar, where cocktails were half price, and the food was perfect for an afternoon snack or a late-night bite. The rooms were spotless, modern, spacious enough for four people, and had everything we needed. One of our favourite features was the self-serve communal closet stocked with extra towels, pillows, toiletries, steamers, and other essentials. If you need anything else, the staff are more than happy to help. The complimentary extras throughout the day really made our stay stand out. There was fresh trail mix available in the afternoon, lemonade and fruit punch to help yourself to, and complimentary tea and coffee every morning. The location is also fantastic—just a short, enjoyable walk to the waterfront, with plenty to see along the way. Every little detail has been thoughtfully designed, from the stylish décor to the fun elevator experience. Everything feels intentional, modern, and incredibly well put together. We’re visiting from Toronto, and this was easily one of"
