Kevin and Leslie were wonderful hosts who served us a delicious breakfast - a most welcome treat after the typical hotel fare. The house is a beautifully renovated period home with large spacious bedrooms and private bathrooms. We were impressed with the attention to detail and the cleanliness. Kevin loves Nova Scotia and gave us many great recommendations for things to do and restaurants to visit.

Kevin and Leslie are fantastic hosts, super friendly and helpful with all kinds of useful tips to share. Our room was lovely, large and comfortably furnished. The house has several dedicated spaces just for guests so one can enjoy time outside the room. It is an easy 15 minute walk to all the main shops in Annapolis Royal. Kevin's scones were worth the stay, all by themselves.

Lesley and Kevin were very knowledgeable about the history of their heritage property and Nova Scotia in general . It was obvious they took pride in their property and the service they provide . They made us feel very welcome and comfortable 🙂. The breakfast was delicious and well prepared and we were asked about our preferences . See you next year !

Great place to stay. Clean, authentic and the breakfasts are delicious. Also it is a 10 minute walk from downtown. The hosts are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Next time we are in the area we’ll make sure to stay there again. I definitely recommend the Lark and Loon.
