"This was the perfect stay for our group. Space was clean, kitchen was well-stocked with necessities (except a real knife). 5 min walk to the best beach on AMI, Bean Point. You could also take a short walk to the bay side to see the sunrise. The pool was clean and not busy. The communal washer/dryer seemed nice but our group didn’t use them. I will say it might be somewhat considered "dated" and could be spiffed up which would only help you get more rental money but my wife and I can't ask for any more. "We have historically stayed in Holmes Beach. This was our first time staying closer to Anna Maria. And it did not disappoint. The house was a great layout for my in-laws and for my kids. The 2 bunk beds were perfect. The boys loved having a canal in the back. They actually found a few crabs to play with. The home itself if nice inside with a beautiful private backyard and pool. It was nice to come back from the beach at the end of the day and lounge in the pool. "
