Your very own garden oasis awaits at this single-level home on the desirable north end of Anna Maria Island, where you'll have a private pool with a spillover spa, an at-home putting green, and a game room - all within walking distance of stunning beaches, great restaurants, and charming shops. The location of this home can't be beat: a few doors down from bayside beaches and about seven blocks from Bean Point Beach (a local favorite at sunset). You'll also be able to walk to Rod and Reel Pier, Anna Maria Island City Pier, and Pine Avenue's popular dining and shopping. This home is a delight to return to after a day at the beach, with an outdoor shower waiting to rinse you off before you ease into the pool and spa. The extensive backyard also features lounge chairs, a golf green, a cornhole set, a gas grill with a shaded dining table for afternoon barbecues, and a screened lanai where you can retreat from the sun. , along with a garage game room with Ping-Pong, a mini-hoop-shoot game, and plenty of beach equipment for your enjoyment. The interior is every bit as comfortable, offering an eat-in kitchen, an adjacent sunroom, and TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. Central AC and a washer/dryer are provided as well. THINGS TO KNOW Guests must use their own account credentials for streaming services. Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $32 per day plus tax. A 48 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The hot tub was nice to have after a long day. The beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed short walks to the bay. We absolutely loved the property except on v r b o, the pictures of the property are inaccurate. It talks of a little pool house. Next to the pool and it has pictures of it says, there's a TV in it. We were really looking forward to this. It was a plus on the property. We got there and immediately noticed there was no little pool house next to the pool. Maybe it had been taken out by the hurricanes. I don't know but it is now a picnic area was a roof over it. Disappointed that Vrbo was not correct in their description or pictures. I feel we should really get a refund of some sort because of that. Hot tub, not working and they had it topped out at 99\. I told them from the first day we were there. That number one, the hot tub was not working, and number two when it was working, it was still cold. They sent someone to take care of it on day number three. And then they still had the temperature at only 99 and the heater would shut off intermittently. Also, no blow dryers anywhere in the house. It took them a day and a half to get us a blow dryer And their offices were only a few blocks from where we were staying. I will never book with Vacasa again. ##### Shona D. The backyard was a perfect spot for grilling, swimming and playing corn hole. It was not only great for us, but fantastic for our dog. He loved sitting out back for hours. The location was amazing - close to the beach and walking/biking distance to the restaurants and shops on Pine. We will definitely come back! ##### Meg U. Perfect for 4 adults & 2 little dogs. Quiet neighborhood close to bayfront, beach & Pine Ave. The hosts thought of everything!
