The breakfast at the hotel was absolutely lovely. There was a wide variety of options every morning – from fresh fruit, pastries and good coffee to hot dishes and some delicious local specialties. Everything was well presented, regularly refilled and tasted fresh. It really felt like the perfect way to start the day.
What truly made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive and always ready to help with a smile. They remembered our preferences, checked on us often without being intrusive, and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Their professionalism and genuine friendliness made us feel at home, and we are really grateful for the excellent service.

The room wasn’t as advertised. Very small, not open like the picture. Not enough coffee and tea for two people. Batteries were falling out of safe so you couldn’t leave anything in it. Only one card per room which is inconvenient. It was a good value and good location but I wouldn’t stay there if in Hanoi.

We had a great experience at the hotel. It’s well situated for everything in the old town. Jacob was really helpful sorting out trips and transport. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Would strongly recommend and will use again if we come back to Hanoi.
