"Most casino staff were very helpful, but it was very difficult to get items delivered to the room. So if you use Instacart or Uber Eats be prepared to trek across the resort to get your stuff. They are not accommodating to late check out requests unless you’re a gambler. I’m a Unity member and stay at HRH properties often, but that’s not enough. We stayed twice in one week. Once at guitar hotel and once on casino side. Casino side room had a really nice bathtub, but guitar side did not. "

"The hotel was amazing. The staff was amazing. The only thing I had an issue with was the transportation from the airport. I sat at the airport for over an hour and 45 minutes so the next morning instead of me waiting on the shuttle, I decided to take a Uber overall the hotel was amazing when it comes to the shuttle service. It was horrible."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did not come by either day I was there, but that may have been because I had a dog with me. However, the staff didn't explain any of that so I had to go to the front desk myself for replacement towels and toilet paper. I will say, the room had an alarm clock, the first 2 nights I kept hearing talking, it wasn't until the day of my final night that I realized the alarm clock was broken, it would not turn off completely and was on the lowest volume setting. I had to unplug it. So the first 2 nights I did not sleep well at all."
