"We really enjoyed Doc’s house. It was perfect. We had two families and we had plenty of room. We would highly recommend this house. We also enjoyed the screen porch. The house has got everything you need from the basic necessities to the swimming rafts, noddles extra chairs, firepit. We loved swimming off the dock, it was very deep. We parked our boat under the covered dock area during the afternoon storms. We would definitely stay at Docs place again when we comeback to Lake Keowee. Thank you...

"This is a great house for a family getaway!! Off the main lake so great for swimming, kayaking and fishing. Driveway can be a little tricky but got use to it. Close to hikes, cute down town with great restaurants. Also close to grocery stores and Walmart"

"My only negative is the property was said to have power at the dock. It appears power was indeed there at one time but it is now non-functional. I had two extension cords with me but still had to buy 3 more locally to reach the closest working outlet. Other than this we enjoyed our stay and found the home to be very well stocked."

Plenty of space and lots of extras for entertainment (pool table, ping pong, paddle boats, kayaks, etc). Communication with out host was top notch.
