Charming 4 bedroom lake front home. Welcome to Doc's Place! This amazing lakefront house has a tranquil setting on a quiet cul-de-sac. This 4 bedroom house has all the comforts of home. Top floor has the main bedroom with a king size bed, his and her sinks, a seated vanity and large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The main floor also has a fully stocked eat in kitchen, separate dining room, living room and screened in porch. The large porch has incredible lake views as well as plenty of room for sitting, eating, relaxing and watching TV. Downstairs has a large den with ample seating and a futon that sleeps 2\. The TV console has games, puzzles and books for you to enjoy. All 3 bedrooms downstairs have queen size beds with 2 of the bedrooms having beautiful lake views. Two roll away beds are located downstairs as well. Outdoor patio located downstairs with a table for dining and a fire pit just steps away. All firewood is provided by the owner. The lot has a gentle slope to the water. There is a dock platform that has seating, a place for sunbathing and the floating dock slip for your boat. Dock has walk out steps for easy access in and out of the lake for swimming. A minor maintenance issue was dealt with promptly and communication with owners was very pleasant.
