We we’re disappointed this time around to find out that their restaurant’Freebird’ has recently gone through a change with no longer offering their Happy Hour menu; have decreased their offerings and no longer are open for breakfast Mon - Wed. "

The room was also very close to the elevator, and the sound insulation was poor, so it was quite noisy. I contacted the hotel about these issues but did not received a response during the stay. "

"For an up-scale hotel, the overall experience was so-so. The room I was assigned was noisy, with music blaring till 11pm from the adjacent Crystal Lodge restaurant. I had called ahead of time in an attempt to obtain a quiet room, but was told the hotel was very busy, and this was not possible. Kitchens also in need of some updating and generally not well equipped."
