"This is an amazing hotel and one we highly recommend. The lobby, reception areas, pool and rooms are top quality and very updated. The only complaint this visit, and it's a small one, is that the downstairs bar was not open at all during our stay. The only bar was the pool bar. As it was quite hot during our visit, it would have been nice to have an indoor bar option. "

"Great place to stay. Rooms well planned. Fluffy towels, firm beds and good pillows. Check-in staff and other staff were excellent and provided great service. We requested a kettle and cups. Someone brought it up in two minutes along with tea, coffee and milk. Very good location. Could walk to the old town. Supermarkets and dining options around."

"We enjoyed the hotel and it was clean, our room had a rooftop patio with view and many amenities. The location was good for our conference but we had to Uber or walk quite a bit to see things. The food in the area was so-so and we experienced several instances of unfriendly service in Sevilla itself. We recognize this is a mostly Spanish speaking city, however, the attitude towards the effort to speak Spanish was not recognized and shop keepers and restaurants not in the immediate tourist area were not friendly at all. However, our hotel staff and the restaurants and shop keepers in the core were very helpful and friendly. "
