The location is amazing! Just to be aware, there’s no towels, paper towels, coffee, etc. in the kitchen. The room is very basic but clean and comfortable. Parking is very confusing and the front desk advertises that it is open from 10-6 but that was not always the case. I also wrote them several times before our stay with questions and never heard back. Our stay was very pleasant and we would absolutely stay there again. We just wanted to make other travelers aware of these things.

Everything was excellent. Great location, amazing view and we loved the sound of the waves. Very nice restaurants by the appartment. Appartment is well equipped! There is a nice path by the beach; we really enjoyed walking on the boardwalk. The beach is so close … We had great vacations. The only bad thing i can talk about is the bbq… I wouldn’t count on it ;)

Very disappointed with this accommodation. The check-in process was very difficult — the keyless entry codes didn’t work, and despite being told by email the room would be ready, it wasn’t ready when we arrived at 5pm. We eventually had to collect swipe keys from another office because the building office was closed. The bedroom shutters did not close at all, meaning there was no privacy as the room faced a walkway with motion sensor lights turning on constantly through the night. We reported this immediately and were told maintenance would fix it the next day, but nothing was done the next day. There was also no quilt provided for the second bedroom. When we requested one, we were only given a quilt cover and told all quilts had been removed for summer. After another sleepless night, we requested to move apartments at 10pm. Although they agreed, the shutters in the new apartment still didn’t work either. By then it was 11pm and we gave up. We finally received a second quilt on the second night. To top it off, no coffee pods were provided and when we asked, we were told that they did not supply them. Overall, very poor service, poor maintenance, and an extremely frustrating stay.

Es un buen espacio y la ubicación es muy buena. Ahora, también hace falta mantenimiento: una limpieza a profundidad del baño, arreglar la puerta del baño que no se cierra, limpieza del sofá que se nota ya algo vencido y con manchas. Con un poco de "mimo" sería un gran espacio, pero en el estado actual se siente más como que trata de cumplir apenas con lo aceptable. Lejos de ser terrible, pero podría ser mejor dedicándole un poco a hacerle ciertas renovaciones. El único punto malo y problema que tuvimos fue que el sistema de check-in remoto no funcionó y nunca nos contestaron la llamada en el teléfono que se suponía que debíamos contactar en caso de tener problema con el check-in fuera del horario de recepción.

Wonderful location, chargeable car park underneath property which is handy. Spacious 3 bed apartment, with open plan lounge/ kitchen. 1 bathroom, not enough hot water for the 4 of us to showerr in the morning. No kitchen essentials in apartment like a tea towel, cloth, washing up liquid....apartment had washing machine and dishwasher but no washing powder or dishwasher tablets, not sure if this was just our apartment.

Our stay here was overall okay, with a few highlights but also some areas that could use improvement. The location was excellent—very walkable and convenient for exploring Seville—and the balcony was a nice bonus space to relax. The beds were also very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. That said, the apartment and building would benefit from some general upkeep. A few items felt worn or a bit outdated, and refreshing or replacing them would make a big difference in the overall experience. The bathroom in particular had a noticeable musty smell after showering, likely due to limited ventilation. With a bit of attention to maintenance, this could be a really great place to stay, especially given its fantastic location.

Lejligheden var reserveret til seks personer. Der var kun fire stole. Der var ingen klude, opvaskemiddel eller opvasketabs eller viskestykker. Afløbet var stoppet, så et brusebad gjorde gulvet i soveværelset vådt. Beliggenhed er virkelig god. Inde i centrum tæt på cafeer og smukke gader.

El departamento está muy bien y la ubicación también por lo cual es una pena que todo el servicio se dañe por el personal que tienen atendiendo y los procesos que han construido. El proceso del check-in es muy malo. Me escribieron dos veces para preguntarme a qué hora llegaría y les dije que llegaba a la media hora por lo cual me recomendaron hacer el check-in en línea lo cual no sirve de nada porque al llegar la llave no funcionaba y pese a hacer la medianoche yo tener maletas y estar con un niño de 2 años al llamar la persona me dijo que tengo que acercarme a otro edificio para recoger la llave porque según él una cosa es del registro y otra cosa es la llave y esa llave en línea no funciona Pero eso nunca te lo explican. Y para colmo esta persona me pidió que le ponga los 16 dígitos de mi tarjeta de crédito, la fecha de expiración y el código de seguridad en un papel para la supuesta fianza a lo cual me negué por un tema de seguridad y le dije que en cualquier hotel te hacen un bloqueo en la tarjeta y después te lo reversan Pero él me dijo que en este hotel no robaban, esa fue su respuesta cuando le dije que no porque no era un proceso seguro. Todo esto de una manera con muy mala actitud y sin ningún tipo empatía, sin ningún tipo de servicio al cliente. Ah y si quieres cambio de toallas cada una te va a costar 10 euros!

Appartement très bien situé au centre ville. Conforme aux attentes et aux photos sur le site : spacieux, propre. Seul bémol : 1 seule salle de bains/WC pour 5 personnes. Très bon accueil dès notre arrivée. Petite piscine certes, mais qui a permis de se rafraîchir! En revanche, le personnel de maintenance a été très bruyant : ils communiquent dans le patio entre le rez de chaussée et le 3è étage en hurlant dès 8h le matin c'est bien dommage :-(

Experience mitigée

Accueil telephonique excellent, Accueil physique + mitigé, Ne vous attendez pas a une grande piscine, mais plutot une piscine de type hors sol en dur (en meme temps sur un toit, difficile d'avoir plus grand). La piscine etait hors service, il a fallu se baigner dans la piscine de l'autre hotel. L'eau etait trouble en raison de la surfrequentation et il est etonnant qu'elle ne filtrait pas en continue vue la chaleur et cette frequentation. L'expérience baignade a donc tourné court. Sinon l'hôtel est pratique car a proximite du centre a pied, et du parc d'attraction isla magica en bus.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons séjourné en famille et l'appartement est très bien situé, très accueillant, bien équipé, le linge de maison est propre, les pièces sont spacieuses, la hauteur sous plafond est extra. Le seul bémol est pour la piscine qui était trouble et donc pas accueillante.

大聖堂やアルカサルまで徒歩圏内かつ静かな環境 室内は広くて清潔 駐車場は敷地外の公共駐車場 現地での有人のチェックインが1時間に限定されているのが唯一の難点
