The unit is in within walking distance to a gas stations, major theater, shopping area and restaurants. It is conveniently near the AK 1 highway. Enjoy your stay with us and return to visit in winter on a reduced rate.

We felt very blessed to stay in this lovely, comfortable apartment. It was very clean, beautifully and thoughtfully furnished and the host, Irena, was wonderful. The beds had really nice sheets and comforters, and were cozy and comfortable. It was located next to a school and there were lots of kids playing in the neighborhood but they were not noisy, just having fun. I’ve seen comments about others feeling unsafe in the neighborhood but we had no problems and found the neighbors friendly. It is conveniently located close to a lot of good restaurants, like Olive Garden. I would definitely stay here again if we return to Anchorage. Our 15 year old granddaughter loved it as much as we did.

We were very pleased with our stay for 10 days at this property. The owners are very nice. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped for longer stays. The property was easy to get to and the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and pleasant. No disappointments!

Check in was simple but was quite shocked we we pulled up to find it’s in a lower end of town, middle of a neighborhood & it’s a green house with 3 parts a,b, c. We were expecting a condo apt type look like in a museum or by one with Starbucks underneath by the Picts. Nope ! Middle of a neighborhood with a 25-30$ cab ride when we went places. We rented a car which helped. Expressed our unhappiness to owner & she was helpful but didn’t offer a refund of any sort. So we stayed Made it work. Next Time I will definitely stay downtown in hotel walk to places. Over all expectations of Alaska was fantastic! It’s beautiful!!
